So slow, no proper caching for pics, should not even be called an application. I'd rather use DS file to view the photos

F. Like it was written as a child's coding exam that they Failed. Utterly unusable.
Used to be good but now DSM 7 has broken it completely both in the app and the Web server on my LAN. I hope they roll back to DSM 6 soon because I now have 3Tb of photos to search folder by folder and file by file
It was perfect, but after DSM7 we can't use it anymore and the mew app it's just trash. Can't figure out why was this, a perfect app, changed for somehing worst.
Broken with error: "login failed, check ip address, or if installed correctly". IP and credentials are correct (according to DS Finder at least), app reinstalled twice, still the issue remains 🤦
This worked well, but with only a DS210J behind it, the experience was limited. Now superceded by Synology Photos, that with a new DS920+ we no longer need Google Photos...

This APP is for an old Synology OS. Upgrade your OS to version 7, use the much improved new photo APP, and stop complaining about out of date software when you refuse to update to the new software. :D
Too slow to connect, to browse and to view newly synced photos. No change, still very slow to connect. (Updated Nov.2021)
